The gift of love is eternal… indelibly loved!
The gift of love is eternal. When we give love, it just keeps giving. The precious words ‘I love you’ are never wasted even if there is no response to you sharing your love.
Love makes and indelible impression on people’s’ hearts. It may not show that it has hit its mark today, but the mark is there and hopefully one day it will be acknowledged.
I remember long long ago when I didn’t know how to say ‘I love you’ but the ‘I love you’s’ were in me. I didn’t grow up hearing those words, I just kind of knew I was loved.
I learnt to love through my now husband and his precious mum ♥ My second mum. Love was their language and I felt the love, I knew I was loved and I was told I was loved.
I knew I needed to learn how to give this gift of love to other people, especially those closest to me, those to whom it was the hardest to say. And so I practiced! I practiced on my mum, I KNEW she loved me but she never told me. I started to practice on her and it took awhile but I learnt to do it. I started with a kiss goodbye and a kiss hello.
There are people in all of our lives that we just couldn’t imagine telling them that we love them…. How about giving it some consideration?!!
The most amazing things can happen if we dare to love! I believe if we dare to love, then the God of love will begin a work of freeing and healing in our souls. Once we allow this love to be released then it will continue to work in other people and it will work an amazing miracle inside of us!
I am just starting to realise now how amazing this gift of loving has been in my life. The ability to say it, give it, share it, show it! I am free to love. I see so many people who are not free to love and they don’t even know it. Life and its experiences have bound them up in cages that seem impossible to get out of but it’s not impossible and it’s not too late… ever….
Is it time to start, is it time to whisper a few words, is it time to just say it?
Share the love you have and change a life every time.
Everyone needs to know and hear that they are loved.
If you tell someone you love them, it might be the only time they hear it… ever…. so give it, say it, share it ♥
