DIVIDE AND CONQUER
This is the work of satan in this world, in families, marriages, in workplaces, in countries, political parties, and everything else. It’s so obvious, he comes to steal, kill and destroy. I believe what the mysterious ‘powers that be’ (whoever they are), are pointing us towards, is globalisation or the new world order. They have made huge inroads in that regard.
They are utilising technology and media and forcing the planet to move faster than imaginable, into furthering their mission. All of a sudden, we can all work from home, we have to, we can automate most of our daily lives.
We are losing more and more of our freedoms. I thought we lost a lot of freedoms when the same-sex vote went through. We lost the right to an opinion right there, a right to have and express our own beliefs. And now, we are all locked down in our own homes, yes, for our own good, but also for the good of governments and world leaders. What other freedoms going forward have we actually lost? We are yet to find out the answer to that!
Are we expendable? Yes, we are finding that out in all sorts of ways too.
So many of our daily staples are now in question – we are all being herded like sheep and into a cashless world. Cash money is dirty, we pay online, EFTPOS, Paypal, credit, whatever, because money is all but gone.
Human contact is now shunned… The ads on TV say ‘we are with you’, ‘we are all connected’ etc etc. But the new forms of communication are actually pushing us further and further apart.
And what does the bible say about all this?
A HOUSE DIVIDED AGAINST ITSELF CANNOT STAND
A house divided itself cannot stand…. that is happening all around us too. There is so much division, and now to the point that we are being physically kept apart. There’s a funny thing about this separation, it can actually cause estrangement. And estrangement will also be used as a tool of the enemy.
ALL FOR HIS GLORY
What should this stir us to think?
How should we approach the coming days and weeks? Now is the time to take our stand for Him, and then keep standing. The circumstances surrounding us are threatening to make us fall, they are threatening to wipe us out and destroy us in some instances.
The truth is GOD HAS A PLAN and all that is happening will be used for HIS GLORY! It will lead people to question their purpose, meaning, and also their eternity. Death is right in our faces, so people will have to think where to from here?
Salvation is found in Him alone. Everything else that we have relied upon has been dethroned.
Its time for us to STEP UP!
BUILDING faith is imperative.
PRAYING like never before.
DO NOT FEAR… yes easy said, but not always easily done. In all this GOD HAS A PLAN THAT HE IS ALLOWING TO COME TO PASS BEFORE OUR EYES.
He said all these things would happen. I think that in our minds we probably envisioned a way it might happen, but the days we are living in are way beyond anything we could have imagined.
He told us all of this would happen…. and boy is it happening! We know what his plan is. We know what the signs say? We know what’s going to go on.
So now the ball is in our courts. STAND, PRAY, FIND YOUR RESOLVE, SET YOUR FEET ON THE ROCK! IF WE WANT TO KEEP STANDING WE NEED TO DO ALL THESE THINGS. DIG DEEP INTO HIM.
Don’t allow yourselves to be divided from Him and from each other. Be of one heart and mind with those around you. It’s important and it’s encouraging. None of this is a surprise to us.
SHARE YOUR FAITH lives depend on it. Imagine eternity without loved ones and let it waken you into sharing with them the HOPE OF YOUR SALVATION. Step out in faith and take a risk that could pay off!
If life’s circumstances have been destroying and your family, as they have in mine and many I know, then there is nothing more important to do than to RISE UP, in HIS STRENGTH and FIGHT against the works of the enemy in your life and of those around you.
